Earned only after payment clears
Commission becomes earned only after LeadRilo or the applicable service company actually receives the qualifying customer payment and any stated waiting or refund period has passed — not on a proposal, verbal yes, or unpaid contract.
Attribution is tracked
A referral must be submitted through an approved method, be new or otherwise eligible, and be attributable to you before another party claims the same opportunity.
Existing & duplicate leads
If a business is already in our records, already in an active sales conversation, previously submitted, or already a customer, the referral may be ineligible or handled under different terms.
Refunds, chargebacks & cancellations
Commissions may be withheld, reversed, or offset against future payouts for refunds, chargebacks, fraud, cancellations, nonpayment, duplicate attribution, or policy violations.
No self-referral abuse
Fake businesses, self-referrals created only to collect commission, duplicate accounts, and misleading submissions are not eligible.
No spam or misrepresentation
Partners may not spam, impersonate LeadRilo, promise guaranteed results, misuse trademarks, or make deceptive income or pricing claims.
