Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you (and the business you represent) and LeadRilo for use of the LeadRilo platform and website. By creating an account or using LeadRilo, you agree to these Terms.

• You must be able to form a binding contract and use LeadRilo for business purposes.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of account information and for activity under your account.
• You must keep credentials secure and notify us of unauthorized use.

As between you and LeadRilo, you own the customer content you put into the platform. You grant us the permissions needed to host and process that content to provide the service, including through our subprocessors.

You are responsible for having the necessary rights and consents for the data you upload, and for using LeadRilo in compliance with laws that apply to your business and communications.

You agree to use LeadRilo responsibly and in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy, which prohibits illegal, harmful, and abusive activity, including unlawful messaging.

LeadRilo is not designed to store highly sensitive regulated data. Unless we expressly support it in writing, you agree not to store categories such as:

• Protected health information subject to HIPAA
• Full payment card data (PAN) outside of our payment processor
• Social Security numbers or government identifiers
• Passwords or authentication secrets for other systems

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis and renew automatically until cancelled. Billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund details are described on the Billing & Cancellation Terms page, which is part of these Terms.

Some features use AI to assist you — for example, suggesting a draft reply. AI output can be inaccurate and is provided to assist, not replace, your judgment. You are responsible for reviewing anything you send. See the Communications page for how AI-assisted messaging interacts with consent and compliance.

LeadRilo, including its software, design, and content, is owned by us and our licensors. These Terms do not transfer our intellectual property to you; you receive a limited right to use the service while your subscription is active.

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, for non-payment, or where required to protect the platform or others. We aim to give reasonable notice where practical and to allow data export except where prohibited.

LeadRilo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work hard to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes, and any performance figures shown in marketing are illustrative, not promises.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadRilo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. The specific limitation-of-liability cap and related terms are being finalized with counsel and will be stated here in the published Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which LeadRilo is established. The specific venue and dispute-resolution process will be confirmed in the published Terms.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected in the version and date above, and where required we will provide notice. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
