Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes activities that are not allowed on LeadRilo. It is part of the Terms of Service and applies to everyone who uses the platform.

• Violating any law or regulation, or infringing others’ rights
• Uploading malware or attempting to breach, disrupt, or overload the platform
• Probing security, bypassing access controls, or accessing accounts that are not yours
• Fraud, deceptive practices, impersonation, or phishing
• Harassment, threats, hateful or abusive content
• Reselling or misrepresenting the service without authorization
• Scraping or bulk-extracting data in violation of these rules

LeadRilo helps you contact and follow up with leads and customers. You are responsible for messaging lawfully. That means:

• Only contacting people you have a lawful basis or consent to contact
• Following SMS/calling and email laws that apply to you (for example, TCPA and CAN-SPAM in the U.S.)
• Honoring opt-outs and unsubscribe requests promptly
• Identifying yourself truthfully in messages

Do not store categories of highly sensitive regulated data that LeadRilo is not designed to protect (such as protected health information, full card numbers, or government identifiers), as described in the Terms.

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access to protect the platform, our customers, and the public. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy.
