1. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Receive a portable copy (export) of your data
- Correct inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information
- Opt out of certain processing, such as non-essential analytics
California (CCPA / CPRA)
California residents may have rights to know what personal information is collected, to access and delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. LeadRilo does not sell personal information.
Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut & similar state laws
Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws may have rights to access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of their personal data, and to opt out of targeted advertising or profiling.
EU / UK / EEA (GDPR / UK GDPR)
Where these laws apply, individuals may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. Where LeadRilo acts as a processor, we support the controller (our customer) in honoring these requests.
Everyone else
Regardless of where you live, you can ask us to access, export, correct, or delete your information, and we will respond in good faith and as required by any law that applies to you.
2. Whose Data — Yours or Your Customers’?
If your request is about your own LeadRilo account, submit it below. If your request is about records a LeadRilo customer holds about you (for example, a business that added you as a lead), that business is the controller — we will help route your request to them.
3. Self-Service Options
As a LeadRilo user, you can update account details in settings and export customer data from within the product. For account closure or a formal request, use the form below.
4. Submit a Request
Use this form to submit a privacy request. We will verify your identity before acting on requests that affect personal data, and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
